The Victorian Opposition condemned the steps of some protesters, indicating there was no room in modern society for neo-Nazism.

“The behaviours today by neo-Nazis are a deliberate endeavor to incite hatred and violence and are almost nothing short of sickening,” a joint assertion from Liberal MPs David Southwick and Brad Battin stated.
“Victoria is superior than this.”
